Delivery Policy

At Botanica, we strive to provide a smooth and timely delivery experience for all our customers. Please review our delivery terms below to ensure a seamless process.

  1. Delivery Areas & Timing
  • If your location is outside our standard delivery zones, please contact us before placing your order to check availability.
  • While we aim to deliver within your selected time slot, unexpected delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  1. Peak Season Delivery Delays
  • During peak seasons, such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and other major holidays, delivery times may be extended due to high order volumes.
  • While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee exact time slots during these busy periods.
  • We recommend placing your order well in advance to secure your preferred delivery date.
  1. Same-Day & Scheduled Deliveries
  • Same-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before cut-off time.
  • Scheduled Delivery: You can pre-order flowers for a future date. Please specify your preferred delivery time at checkout.
  1. Hotel Deliveries
  • If your order is for a hotel, delivery will be subject to the hotel’s policies. Some hotels require deliveries to be left at the reception rather than delivered directly to the guest’s room.
  • In such cases, Botanica will comply with the hotel’s policy, and our responsibility ends once the bouquet or package is handed over to the reception.
  • We advise customers to inform the recipient to collect their order from the reception as soon as possible. Botanica is not responsible for any delays, loss, or mishandling after delivery to the hotel staff.
  1. Delivery to Offices, Hospitals & Public Venues
  • Deliveries to offices, hospitals, or other public venues will also follow the recipient location’s policies.
  • If delivery to the recipient is not possible, the order may be left at the reception, front desk, or a designated delivery area as required by the facility.
  • Please ensure the recipient’s name and contact number are accurate to avoid any issues.
  1. Failed Deliveries & Reattempts
  • If no one is available to receive the delivery, our driver will attempt to contact the recipient.
  • If the recipient cannot be reached and no alternative instructions were provided, the order may be returned, and re-delivery will incur additional charges.
  • We do not offer refunds for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses, lack of recipient response, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  1. Special Instructions
  • If you have specific delivery instructions (e.g., leave at the door, deliver to a neighbor), please mention them at checkout.
  • We will do our best to accommodate your requests, but we cannot guarantee compliance if local policies or safety concerns prevent us from doing so.
